order solar powered satellite beam launcher, prototype V1, these 2 man satellite stations dock to a larger IOCS spacecraft, they are used to fire beams down upon targeted coordinates on a battlefield from orbit around the planet in question, about 20 of these can dock at an IOCS station at a time (i actually modified it from icaraxe's IOCS ship, all credit to him, it just took my imagination to rearrange it into a satellite instead)
