Description

There was once a lava planet with the T-score of zero. Almost fully covered in lava and with no kind of atmosphere to speak of, it was completely unable to sustain any kind of life. Until one day, during the common meteor bombardments the planet endured, a very special meteor hit the surface. Inside the meteor was something that became later known as a Seed of Life, and that Seed burrowed deep inside the planet?s core. Time passed, and somehow plantlife started sprouting from the cracks of the hot, hard stone. They managed to produce enough gas to create a strong enough atmosphere to protect the planet from meteors. Despite the still completely hostile environment, a sapling started to grow.

After years and years, that sapling grew into the mighty Tree of Life. It towered over the volcanoes around it, somehow completely unaffected by the heat and ash surrounding it. Eventually the tree began to bear fruit. However, these were no fruit any other plant in the galaxy could produce. What sprouted from the leaves of the Tree of Life, were creatures that became known as ken-sukeens.

Ken-Sukeens are creatures that can survive in almost any kind of an environment. Their entire early culture was based around worshipping life, nature and the Tree of Life. Not much is known about this early culture though, and it isn?t known when exactly it took place. Ken-Sukeens never seeked to expand much, so they were first discovered in the Second Age by Klua. Apparently they had seen some amount of conflict in their past, but were always saved by a mysterious guardian known as Lifestor, which would only appears in times of danger.

Klua guided Ken-Sukeens to the space stage with kuh-makeen technology, and converted them to the religion of the God That Will Come. Despite accepting kuh-makeens? religion, ken-sukeens never let go of their original religious traditions involving nature worship.

When Klua and the other Children of Mystic fell, Ken-Sukeens were left on their own for a while. That was, until the King of Kuh-Makeens, Keduka, vassalized the Ken-Sukeen Empire. This meant that ken-sukeens could no longer dwell on their home planet, Sukeenmaa, and instead had to take part in spreading the religion of the God That Will Come. Ken-Sukeens used the opportunity to spread their own variation of the religion instead, one that focused on the preservation and creation of life. Whereas kuh-makeens would colonize planets with temples, ken-sukeens would plant new Seeds of Life they harvested from the Tree of Life. From these seeds, special life preservation colonies would emerge and house all types of lifeforms all united in the worship of the God That Will Come.

As ken-sukeens had pledged themselves to the God That Will Come, they too were among those claimed to the Divine World when the Kuh-Makeen Gate was opened. The Tree of Life was left behind to wait for their return, only to end up destroyed in the Last MATERUX War along with its guardian.

Good old Ken-Sukeens. Nice to hear that they weren't destroyed during the MATERUX War... Shame Lifestor and the Tree of Life did. Anyway, marvelous remake.
