The Emperor of the X Daleks, who was created and controlled by a Pure Surpeme Dalek. Ruling over the X Daleks wih absolute autority, he has no tolerance for defiance nor failure. Out fitted with a heavy laser cannon and a slow burning laser with a claw.

His slow burning laser is used to slowly (and painfully) incinerate those who anger or fail him. His claw can also be used to crush smaller failed X Daleks if needed/wanted.
