Description

Based on his appearance in 'Revelation of the Daleks', Davros is a Kaled Scientist who created the Daleks. Davros removed anything he deemed uneccessary, leading to them becoming ruthless cyborgs. Davros lost his legs and left arm in a bombing incident.
