Hmm, that's interesting, maybe the same can be said with the other ningen knights, thou it's like seen with mice with jellyfish DNA where they have no physical features but glow in the dark.

I mean, it could always be a darth vader type situation, severly damaged so it was rebuilt

Not to mention kinda a bit too big, ningen knights are about 110-130 feet tall.

Yeah, ningen knights should look like actual humans, although EVAs are human, they don't look like normal human beings.

(Ningen means human in japanese, that is basically because they are giant humans)
