Description

Dream Eater is a Viscount-Class Demon capable of entering the mind of multiple human beings and siphon their energy, an ability called ?Dream Eating?. The person whose mind has been infiltrated by this demon will exhibit these signs: during the first few days, he/she will start seeing a mysterious figure in his/her dreams, a man with a pale face who always smiles at him/her. A week after, he/she will begin to have nightmares that gradually increase day by day. At this point the Dream Eater is siphoning the person?s energy at maximum rate and the only way to remove this demon from his/her mind is via exorcism. Dream Eater gains strength multiplication with each human under the effect of its Dream Eating ability. Despite all that, this ability is actually not lethal to its victims (aside from exhaustion and endless cycle of nightmares), and should not be confused with demonic possession ability. Dream Eater can only possess one human being at a time and any victim under effect of its dream eating ability can be instantly possessed by this demon regardless of location and distance. The possessed victim will gain inhuman strength and he/she will be used by the Dream Eater either as a teleportation tool or as a weapon should a battle occurs. When it comes to curse infliction ability, this demon can inflict a static area of effect curse. Those caught within its cursed ground will feel a strong urge to fall asleep, and if they do, they will immediately be affected by the Dream Eating ability. During combat, the Dream Eater is a terrifyingly deadly opponent in close-range and mid-range combat, especially inside a building or a house. The more victim under effect of its dream eating ability, the more powerful and resilient this demon becomes, thus, the shortcut on defeating this demon is to exorcise as many victims from its Dream Eating ability until only a handful are left, and at this point, the Dream Eater will be tremendously weakened, ready to be taken down once and for all.
