Feet could also be made slightly smaller so that they don't look out of proportion with the rest of the creature. I do like how you made the "eyes", though. That's pretty creative.

Limbs could use some repositioning. Move the knees slightly forwards and then outwards. Arms are a little too close to the body. Maybe it doesn't show up in other graphics settings, but the yellow on the left arm is smearing on the torso and left leg.

I think it could work with less human appendages; people nowadays believe aliens took more varied body shapes besides the humanoid one.
