Speak to Iydell again and follow his instructions: Go back out of the main entrance to the building, turn right and follow the wall until you reach a large tower with a computer at its base.

Go through the central door at the end of the entrance hall directly oposite the door that goes outside and find all of the limiter plugs before the machine overloads or something!
