Description
The 1970 Apollo 13 mission was originally planned to be the third Moon Landing, however technical difficulties on the way to the moon forced the crew to turn back. Their successful return would be a success in its self, spawning a movie and a often quoted phase "Houston, we have a problem". (Suggested by StarUniter)
