Description

Tardis Aviation is taking orders for the AHP-17 Sea Dragon, an amphibious heli-plane which can hover and has vertical jump take off and landing, or VTOL, from any surface. The lighter AGP-17 Sea Dragon gyroplane does not hover but can carry more weight.
