1)You can use any cheats you want and asymmetry.
2)You can't move the knurl downs on the face or the eyes but you can add more of the same eyes.
3)You can change the hands and feet don't resize arms or legs but you can move the arms and legs around or add more or add more joints
4)No resizing the spine or moving it
