I checked fatly the Belo Horizonte article on Wikipedia.It looks like a pretty nice city.From what I remeber,the city is much younger than most Brasil cities,so it is more smaller,is that right?

BTW, I live in Belo Horizonte. I think it's the fourth or fifth larger city in Brazil.
