Description
Born under a Black Moon on a storm driven night, this dragon gained the ability to shape-shift. He knows he does not need fancy forms, because he commands a great vermin horde and his very name is fear itsself! I'm actually ptreety pleased with this (I'm a terrible creator) but I could've done something better with the wings/back
