To Dragonspeak 30, They have tiny amrs to balance their big heads.

I think it would make as good a scavenger as it would a hunter...maybe a better scavenger though because it doesn't have much use for them gimpy arms. I don't know why they were so small. A dead dinosaur would be an easier meal than a live one.
