Description
Made using the knurlie art template of lucarioguy, and kept his tags.|I was first planning on doing a fire-flame thingie, but while I was creating it, I saw that it looked pretty much like a pikachu head, and of course I couldn't create a normal pikachu like everyone does, so here is the psycho-version.
