Not your average ship are they? These arent the normal WA class ships, this doesnt usually travel out of its designated patrol system, the WAPK ships handle trade, out-of-system combat, even diplomacy, this is defensive, patrols systems.

You have to have a really good graphics card. I paid extra for mine when I got my new computer. I use the shiny paint in the paint chart in the building editor. Bottom of pages 6 and 8.
