The word anthro is mostly used on the internet for creatures (usually animals) purposely humanized. This often happens with cartoons, like 2 legs talking dogs for examples.

Anthro stands for "anthropomorphous" which means "human-like" more or less. It's used to descrived things with typically human characteristics.
