The best way to learn is to take apart others' creations to see how they were made. ...also, there's a number of important tricks needed to really get what you're going for.

Very late response, but if you really work hard at it, you eventually get there. It takes a lot of working in the spaceship creator, but ultimately it's the most flexible creator and it gets consistently good results once you really know how to use it.
