The Falsum Corpus system of government has seen many changes and revolutions over the years. The current system, which has proven to be the longest standing, revolves around a small ruling council of individuals who each hold the prefix of Dux (Plural: Duces). Each council member holds sway over a specific affair of the Falsum Corpus Empire (military, industry, etc.) and decides what actions to take in that area. A Dux presents his or her ideas to the rest of the council for discussion and approval.
Council members are constantly traveling to different planets under Falsum Corpus control, and communicate through holographic projections. In the event that a member retires or dies, new council members are selected by existing members. Because of this, the council has mainly become a collection of likeminded Duces who aim for a common goal.
DX-0XV55-BI8, also known as Viktor, is the Dux of diplomacy, and thus presides over all diplomatic actions toward other species. He is a brilliant diplomat and often conducts negotiations himself. He is the oldest council member, and has been a part of it since its formation. Additionally, Dux Viktor is very popular among the Falsum Corpus people and has conducted many successful diplomatic talks. He is, without a doubt, the classiest Falsum Corpus in existence.
