When the Scourge spawns next to a Fallen Empire most of both sides fleets get wrecked. Only one threatening Scourge fleet was left and The Heraldic Armada was 50% stronger than it.

And the prologue is not as accurate as it was... I made it too soon. But you're still right. That's what I was going for, really. Why else would I make Shregeoth's Dragon form and not Minatzul's?

(@Flower) Yay! I was mentioned! And yes, you hit the nail on the head. It's kind of like a domnestic thing. Like they use their true forms when they're around each other because they are more comfortable with it than on just any occasion.
