Description
The Goliath is a mysterious machine often seen wandering the edges of the Great Waste. Few have ever gotten close enough for a detailed observation before the hulking death machine seems to sense their presence and open fire. While clearly built from the remains of a pre-cataclysm tank, no one knows who built the Goliath or why, other than it does not seem to tolerate intrusions into the Great Waste. Also, it seems to be well-maintained as well, indicating that whomever controls it has ample resources at their disposal to maintain a walking tank. Goliath is probably not its actual name, but merely a colloquial nickname given to it by the few who have survived an encounter with it. Despite the fact that Goliath is relatively slow, its powerful cannon is both long-ranged and dishearteningly accurate, as the blasted wreckage of numerous vehicles scattered about the borders of the Great Waste readily testify. At present, it is not known if there is more than one of these machines.
