I encounter these kinds of people every now and then. I have the right to believe respectfully that it's not proper, I let them know i'm not of interest and kindfully tell them to find help.

My only preference is women, but i'm not the kind of person that would want someone punished rather than helped. The thing with people of his type unfortunately can't be transitioned.
