Description
Almost completely emotionless, the hyper-intelligent Galgians were one of the founding races of the Galactic Council but they have dark side. Although they often uplift primitive species, they mess with them just as much. Abducting, experiments, it's all normal for the Galgians. Highly advanced orbital stations that can inject drugs into the atmospheres of planets, beaming down and murdering a chieftain in front of it's tribe to see what happens, vivisections on sentient beings. However, this does mean they are extremely technologically advanced.
