Sentient creatures on the home planet of the Gelaxos. Their unusually strong structure for a herbivore has made carnivores all over the planet almost go exstinct. They've been known to travel in small groups and keep their young on their backs.

Let me just point out that there is no such thing as an "overpowered herbivore that no carnivore can kill" in nature. If a herbivore becomes very strong and hard to kill, the carnivores will simply adapt rather than dying off.
