Percipigids are a near omnipresent force in this new dark world, hunting often in groups and identifying one another by smell. Showing that even the most unassuming creatures can have a major presence when given the opportunity.

To survive in the toughened climate of their planet Percipigids have a coat of fur on their abdomen to keep warm, as the sun can no longer give the warmth it used to.

Percipigids are quite crafty in their hunting methods, having been observed using their long feeler appendages to startle a prey item such that they run strait into their awaiting claw like jaws to be subdued.

"Their respiratory system has drastically increased in efficiency not only to filter out smog, but also to allow them to run for long periods of time, allowing them to perform both ambush and pursuit hunting techniques.

Their eyes have become comically small, while their frontmost limbs have elongated considerably, becoming extremely sensitive and are excellent for navigation.
